electronic payment lost 5 months .they are really NASTY to deal with..oct 5 they want a copy of the transmittal.....citi bank sez it is a paperless transaction an no way to get a copy..the bank statement is your proof....sent in june aug sept a copy of my bank statement......100.18 an late fee 29.00 plus 5 months interest an a payment is due....ELECTRONIC..STINKS paperless .....an stupid people at the payment office at SHELL.....been a SHELL customer for many many years...AND THEY DO NOT ...
