11/18 Tegan & Sara Banter - Tegan's Hilarious Impression of Southerners @ Tabernacle, Atlanta, GA

Thank you guys so much for all of the love for my new camera! Truth is, I'm still working on paying it off since I had to go a few weeks without a paycheck in September. Things are a little tough right now, and for the hell of it I thought I'd ask - if you love my videos and feel so inclined - to donate $1 through Paypal so my camera isn't repossessed or something? (It's the most expensive thing I own!) I'd of course be more than willing to accept more if you'd like to send it, but if each of you (my subscribers!) sent just $1, I could totally pay it off. So anyway, just throwing it out there. If you've got $1 to spare, just send it on over to jaime.wojo@gmail.com on Paypal (I can't take debit or credit card payments through my account, though, just e-checks or bank-to-bank transfers) and I'd love you forever. You guys are awesome. :) Jaime Oh my god... I lived in Georgia for eight years and I STILL couldn't do that... freaking hilarious... 11/18 Tegan & Sara Banter - Tegan's Hilarious Impression of Southerners @ The Tabernacle, Atlanta, Georgia 09/30/08

Is a Business Loan really the best choice?

If you need a business and money, who is the first person you call? Your bank. Most homeowners think that if they need money, they must need a loan or a loan. And therefore, they must call their banker.

However, this could be a mistake. You really need to get your long-term cash flow that they need to understand before you get a loan. By focusing on solving the paint-term needs, many owners (and eliminate himself into a corner, or at least very limited) their chancesget funding later. A loan or line of credit, you can paint into a corner, if you know what you're doing.

If you buy a house, the bank that gives you a mortgage even in the first position on your house. If you have a business loan, the bank wants to first position in your company assets. If you get a business loan, the bank will almost always file a UCC lien (also known as a commercial lien), which makes your business assets help. Although always a second mortgageis on the market today is simple - always secondary corporate financing is almost impossible.

So chose a very, very careful.

If you have a product that grows with your business need, is easy to use your strongest asset class to qualify, you should either invoice factoring or purchase order financing. They did not have many features that make loans.

Invoice factoring is a financial product that provides you with the financing with your strongest asset as collateral - yourslow payment of invoices from the strong commercial customers. Factoring Financing offers an advance on your invoices, pay you money to suppliers and business partners.

The second option is the financing order. PO financing is for dealers to grow too fast and have exhausted their bank financing options is ideal. Order Financing provides financing to pay your suppliers, enabling you to fulfill the order and sale.

UnlikeBank loans, both products are easy to qualify and can usually not be set up in days - months. So if you are corporate finance, make sure all the options before you explore it to the bank.
